My Delivery Pause submission isn't going through. What should I do?

Confirm that your account is active. Delivery Pause submissions are only available to active partners. If you're still in the onboarding process, you won't be able to submit until you launch.

Check that your selected date is within the allowed window. Delivery Pauses cannot be scheduled for dates in the past and must fall within the maximum number of future days allowed.

Make sure you haven't reached your Delivery Pause limit. There is a cap on the number of Delivery Pauses you can schedule per period. If you've already reached the limit, you won't be able to submit additional days until the next period.

Force-close and reopen the Hub app. This refreshes your schedule and submission state, which can resolve temporary errors.

Amazon Delivery app issues

1. Sign-in Issues

Make sure you're using the correct email and password. If needed, reset your password on Amazon.com.

2. Access denied

Go to the Schedule section and click Ready to deliver.

3. No deliveries available

Ensure you've accepted your Amazon Delivery app invitation, and if not, re-download the app via the invitation link in your email.

4. Red screen during scanning

Contact your Account Manager if this persists with more than one package.

I'm trying to invite a Delivery Associate, but the invitation isn't going through. What should I do?

  • Check the email address for typos. Even a single wrong character will cause the invitation to fail.
  • Have your DA check their spam or junk folder.
  • A DA can only have one active invitation at a time — the previous one must be accepted or rescinded first.
  • Make sure the Delivery Associate's email is different from your own. Delivery Associate emails must be distinct from your primary partner email.
