Email address

What email address should I use to sign up?

Use an address not linked to an Amazon Flex, shopping, or DSP account. If needed, create a new one specifically for Hub Delivery.

Logging in

How do I log into the Hub App?

Open the app and tap Sign in with Amazon. You can sign in with your password and a one-time code, or — for a faster, more secure experience — set up a passkey and use your face, fingerprint, or device PIN.

How do I set up and sign in with a passkey?

Set up your passkey:
• Open the Hub app and tap Sign in with Amazon
• Enter your email and password, then tap Sign in.
• Enter the one-time password sent to your phone and tap Continue.
• When you see "Skip the password next time," tap Set up.
• Tap Continue to save the passkey to your device.

Sign in with your passkey:

• Open the Hub app and tap Sign in with Amazon.
• Enter your email and tap Continue.
• Select the account with your passkey.
• Confirm with your face, fingerprint, or PIN.

Do I have to set up a passkey?

No. Setting up a passkey is optional. If you tap "Not now," your password will keep working exactly as before, and you can set up a passkey anytime the prompt appears after sign-in.

Why can't I use my existing Amazon email?

The Hub Delivery program requires a separate email to avoid conflicts with other Amazon services. If your email is already tied to Flex, a shopping account, or a DSP profile, it won't work for Hub Delivery.

Can I use my email address associated with another Amazon delivery account for Hub Delivery?

No. Your Hub Delivery account must use an email that has never been associated with Amazon Flex, an Amazon shopping account, or a DSP profile.

I don't have an email that meets the requirements. What should I do?

Create a new email address specifically for Hub Delivery. Once created, register it and use that new account to start your application.

I already started my application with an email tied to another Amazon account. What do I do?

Create a new email and restart your application. If your current email is linked to another Amazon service, you'll likely encounter errors. Create a new email address and resart the application with those credentials.

What credentials do I use to log in?

Use the email address and password you set up when you first created your Hub Delivery Partner account. This is the same email where you receive program communications from Amazon.

I never set up a password – what do I do?

If you signed up using "Sign in with Amazon," use your existing Amazon account credentials. If you're unsure which method you used, tap Forgot Password to create a new one.

Password and account troubleshooting

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your account email and check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a reset link. Follow the link to create a new password.

What do I do if I didn’t receive the password reset email?

Double-check your email address and spam folder. Make sure to enter the exact email tied to your Hub account. Please try resetting your password again via Amazon's password reset page if it still doesn't arrive after a few minutes.

What do I do if my password isn’t working, but I know it’s correct?

Passwords are case-sensitive – double-check caps lock and any auto-correct on your keyboard. If you've recently reset your password, make sure you're using the new one. Clear the app cache or try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I'm getting an "invalid credentials" error. What does that mean?

This means the email/password combination doesn't match what's on file. Try resetting your password. If the issue continues, confirm you're using the correct email address – it may differ from your personal Amazon shopping account.

Account access issues

What do I do if I’m locked out of my account?

Wait 15-30 minutes and try again. Too many failed login attempts will temporarily lock your account. If you’re still locked out after waiting, try resetting your password via the Amazon's password reset page.

Can I have multiple people log into the same Hub App account?

No, each account is tied to the registered owner. Only the account holder should log in and manage deliveries.

App and device troubleshooting login

What do I do if the app won’t load past the login screen?

Make sure your app is on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play and check your internet connection. If the issue persists, force-close the app, restart your phone, or reinstall.

I updated my phone (or switched devices) and I can’t log in.

Reinstall the Hub App and log in with your existing credentials. Your account still exists — just download the app on your new/updated device and sign in as usual.

The app keeps crashing or I see a blank screen after logging in. What should I do next?

Force-close, check for updates, switch to cellular from Wi-Fi, or reinstall if needed. Make sure your phone's operating system is current, and you have enough storage space. Reinstalling the app usually resolves this.

I see a blank screen after logging in – is something wrong?

This is usually a connectivity issue. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data. If that doesn't work, log out, force-close the app, and log back in.
