Your commitments as a Hub Partner

Learn about the best practices for driving success.

How we succeed together

Great deliveries start with shared expectations. These commitments help us deliver excellence to Amazon customers — together.

Delivery days and coverage

Your business will deliver packages according to your agreed-upon weekly schedule as outlined in your Partner Agreement. Ensure your team is available to fulfill deliveries on all committed days.

Anyone who will help with deliveries, including you, will be onboarded as a Delivery Associate. We recommend onboarding at least two DAs.

Delivery window

Complete all deliveries by 10:00 PM on the same day packages are received.

Package volume, storage, and arrival times

Your package count and drop-off time may change each day. Expect packages of varying sizes, including larger, oversized items — volume may increase during High Volume Events like Prime Day. You can find your drop-off ETA in the Hub app.

Packages must be kept in a neat, dry, secure, and clean area at all times. Packages may not be left unattended outside of your business. Supply Route drivers will not leave tote bags or packages outside your store.

Delivery Pauses

You understand and acknowledge the Hub Partner Delivery Pause process.

Amazon apps and communication channels

Your business will use the Hub app to manage partnership operations and the Amazon Delivery app (Flex app) to complete deliveries.

Insurance coverage

Your business holds a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) while part of Hub Delivery, which includes:

  • General liability: $1M per occurrence / $2M total
  • Workers’ comp: As required by law
  • Employer’s liability: $1M
