What you’ll need to apply

What's needed to complete your Hub Partner application.

Step 1: Create an Amazon account

Use a unique email address not linked to an existing Amazon shopping, Flex, or DSP account to register and get verified.

Step 2: Insurance coverage

To partner with Hub Delivery, your business needs active insurance that covers:

  • General liability: $1M per occurrence / $2M total
  • Workers’ comp: As required by law
  • Employer’s liability: $1M

Insurance must remain active while you’re in the program. Amazon regularly checks compliance.

Step 3: Business documents

You'll need to upload the following documents within your first 30 days as a Hub Partner. Your business must be operating for at least 90 days and one document must include your name.

Here's what to have ready:

For LLCs, corporations, or LLPs

  • Schedule K-1 tax document
  • Or, EIN letter from IRS and State Sales Tax License / Seller's Permit
  • Or, EIN letter from IRS and Business/Retail License

For sole proprietors

  • Schedule C (1040) tax document
  • Or, EIN letter from IRS and State Sales Tax License / Seller's Permit
  • Or, EIN letter from IRS and Business/Retail License
